  • Tighten and tone your butt and body! Get ready to be in the best shape of your life! Train with one of Canada's most robust trainers in this one hour, 8-week conditioning and circuit style fitness workout. Use our own body strength, free weights and other fitness tools to sculpt your body. Don't worry if you feel you are not fit enough, this is designed for all fitness levels.

    Skip the boring gym and usual workouts and have fun with Personal Trainer, Lena Gomes. Lena will help you to achieve not only your fitness goals but make you feel empowered and amazed of what you are able to achieve!!!

    We will meet every Saturday morning for 8 weeks at the studio. We will make our way outdoors (weather permitting - on rainy days we will meet in the Fire room with reduced heat) where Lena will ‘Kick Your Butt' into shape!!
